i'm a nanowrimo kind o' gal ... 

i signed up for national novel writing month ... said i would write fifty thousand words in the already much too busy month of november .... and now i'm done ... i did it ... 50k and a pretty good story, i hope .... i have a load and a half of editing to do .... but i'm going to wait and do that in january .... for now, i need to catch up on all the little bits of life where i have fallen behind .... well worth the falling behind though! 

... and ... fyi .... i never typed a dot dot dot of an ellipse in the whole novel.... i used traditional punctuation and capitalization ... more or less .... who knew i had that in me? not i ....
