drum roll, please .....

i checked the radio sandy springs web site on friday, saturday, and sunday .... since i'm not the patient sort, i checked more than once some days .... looking for my radio interview .... and today, just back from a tennis match in 90 degree heat with 237% humidity, i checked again .... and, rah! my radio interview is on the web .....

on friday, melissa galt of sandy springs radio interviewed me for thirty minutes  about my art and my artsy self..... have a listen!

i don't think i sounded too squeaky or too giddy or too dim .... it was interesting to hear it and not be sure what my answer was going to be! .... clearly it was a bit more of an out of body experience that i knew ..... clearly, also, i don't have a career in radio in my future! ha ..... but i sound like i might enjoy being an artist ..... tra la la ....

Well, I couldn't listen to it because I didn't have the proper Quicktime and then I couldn't download that for some reason. Story of my life with downloads apparently. But anyway, wanted to say congrats on the interview. The new pieces are looking fab. I most definitely think you should start a website. Wanted to sincerely thank you for your recent comments on my blog. I really appreciate it.

Awesome! (Because of my slower connection, it took me several tries to get through the interview!) You speak so clearly and enunciate so well. You are definitely an educated art historian, as well as an artistic, free-style, and outright groovy artist! You have such an upbeat outlook to your full-time job of artistry, it's inspiring! AND, I didn't know your mother has booked you two for a double art show! Yippee! Congratulations on a wonderful interview!

ok, so tell me if this isn't the coolest ...

I just listed to the AWESOME interview (lovely to have a voice to the face) while looking at the 64/100 paintings currently posted on Flickr ... can't imagine a better way to have enjoyed both. You sounded bright & clever & full of heart.

Way to go e!
