after pottery i had an important girl friend lunch ... edamame appetizer .... my love of avocado ...
after lunch, i had some art time in my basement... the procrastiation fish .... still ....
after art time, i had a meeting with my groovy contractor ... hvac, windows, plumbing, steel beams ....
after the contractor i had a meeting with a very supportive english teacher... organizing ideas, editing, those pesky book reports .....
after the english teacher, the kids needed donuts ... half glazed, half choco frosted ....
so that's how my day rolled ... easy peasy lemon breezy, not to freezy, a pinch of squeezy ...
didja notice i had two art times? pottery in the morning ..... painting in the afternoon .... and tomorrow i have blocked out some art time as well .... so even on this damp and dreary day, things are sunshiney around here ..... (did you click that link? it's my favorite song ... and has been since 1985 .... saw them in concert ... concert is a loose term, i saw them live in a bar in new haven.... and i call my littlest one "sunshine" all the time .... and sing this to her ... all the time .... and did you hear the bearded lump of guy sing it on american idol? ...horrifying! ... )
so...your day? easy peasy lemon squeezy sunshine? or dreary, weary, bleary, blah?

Hello Ms. E.Beck,
Patti Digh is going to be at my shop in Saluda and while reading her book, guess what I saw? Your art!!!
I feel sort of left out of the loop that I didn't know that sooner, but a pleasant surprise to see your name.
I need to check in with you more often.
